Add exercise to your day
If you live in a city, an easy way to add exercise to your day is to always take the stairs instead of the elevator. Assuming your not going up 100 stories or so, it usually doesn't take that much longer than the elevator. And it will help keep you in good shape without having to go out of your way to do so.
