Badminton Tips For Beginners

There are certain basic tips that you can follow to improve your game.

Badminton requires lot of stamina and aggressiveness and when you have a match ahead you must be prepared both mentally and physically. To prepare yourself physically you need to warm-up. During warm-up try to work up your pulse by jogging and skipping but at the same time do not tire yourself before the match; the warm-up session is only to prepare you for the match. The warm-up session should also help you to stretch the major muscles in the legs, shoulders and your back.
