Vonage call dropped

I have a problem using Vonage VOIP where during a call the other person on the call can hear me, but I can't hear them. No matter how long I wait, the problem does not fix itself. To get the phone working again I have to hang up and reboot the Vonage VOIP router. Once I do that things are fine for a while. So if you are using Vonage and one of you can't hear the other try rebooting your router by unplugging it and then plugging it back in
