Microsoft Labs has a cool new free app out that makes it a lot quicker to launch applications, documents, and web pages in Windows XP and Vista. You can assign all sorts of things to the launcher: applications, documents, and websites - you can even have it launch multiple websites at once. Once you install the launcher, you tell it specifically what things you want in it. That way you don't end up hunting for what you want, cause it's all stuff you want. Once you add things, you can then launch them quickly right from your desktop.
