best breakfast restaurant in SIlverthorne, CO
Some claim that it is the Sunshine Cafe (south of 70 on route 9, in a little shopping plaza), which is quite good.
But in my opinion the best is the Mountain Lyon Restaurant, on the way out of town toward Steamboat. I recommend the veggie black-bean burrito.
