Delaying sending emails in Outlook
There are times when you may want to compose an email and send it at some later time instead of sending it when you hit the Send button. In Outlook, this is easy to do. When you are editing your email message, click the Options button. Once you get the message Options dialog, check the checkbox next to Do Not Deliver Before and then select the desired date and time of delivery.
You can then click Close and Send to schedule the sending of your email. Once you do this, the email message will be shown in your Outbox. You can go into your Outbox to edit or delete the message up until the time it is sent.
