Create mobile phone wallpaper

Why pay for mobile phone wallpaper when it's easy to create it yourself? Weys is a free program that will take any image you have access to (and that includes any image you can see in your browser) and converts it to a wallpaper that will fit on your mobile phone. They have a lot of presets for various popular phones, and you can customize the wallpaper to any size if your phone is not one of the preset defaults.
