If you are a waiter or a waitress, make sure you carry a stain removal pen. But one and keep it with your other pens. When you notice a customer with a stain, offer the use of your stain removal pen. So long as you are not the cause of the stain, they are usually so grateful that you end up with a much bigger tip.
