refreshing smoothie with a kick
On a hot summer evening, a smoothie can be a refreshing healthy dinner. Blend non-fat plain yogurt with some or all of the following: frozen vegetables, frozen fruit, fruit or vegetable juice (I like V8 fusion), flax seed oil, protein powder, green tea mix, spirulena, whatever you have on hand. And then for a bit of a kick, if you aren't driving or operating machinery, add a Mike's hard lemonade.
