Making the crusts of two crust pie hold together
If you are having problems get the crusts of your two crust pies to hold together, here is a simple trick that will help. Before you add the second crust, wet the edge of the bottom crust (where it will connect with the upper crust) with water. This will give result in a much better seal when you crimp the two crusts together.
