Copy and paste in the command prompt

If you are using the DOS command prompt in Windows and you can't copy from it or paste into it, here's what you need to do. Go up to the window icon in the upper left corner of the command prompt window and click on it. This will show a menu, select "Properties" from the menu. You'll see a bunch of settings. Make sure that the checkboxes next to "QuickEdit Mode" and "Insert Mode" are checked. Once you do that, you'll then be able to copy and paste to/from the command prompt window.
