Zooming text in Firefox 3
Just about all browsers have the ability to zoom in and out to make the text bigger or smaller on a page. The problem is that often when you change the size of the text on the page, the layout gets all wacky as the text is changing relative to the images and other elements on the page which are not changing. As a result, many people never bother to use this functionality.
But if you haven't used it in the past and you are using Firefox 3, you may want to revisit this feature. You can do so using Control and + to zoom in and Control and - to zoom out (use Command instead of Control if you are on a Mac). In Firefox 3, this doesn't just change the text size, it changes the size of everything on the page; it's like a real zoom onto the page so that the text can become more readable and the layout of the page is not affected as a result. If you are on Firefox 3, check it out, it's very nice.
