Saving characters to your Wii remote

Going to a friend's house to play Wii and you want to take some of your favorite Mii characters? You can by copying your Mii characters to your Wii remote. They'll then be available if you take your remote with you. Here are the steps to gets your Mii characters copied over.

1) From the main menu of your Wii choose Mii Channel and once you get to the Mii Channel page, click on the Start button.

2) On the right side of the screen you'll see 3 icons, click on the one with the Wii remote as the image (it says Transfer Mii when you point to it.

3) Choose the Wii remote you want to transfer too. If you have never saved anything on this remote before, it'll need to be formatted first. Your Wii will confirm that this is okay, just let it do its thing.

4) You can then copy your Miis to the remote by pointing to them, pressing both the A and B buttons, and then dragging them to the remote (at the top of the screen) while holding the buttons. Once you get the Mii into the character slot you want, release the A and B buttons and it will be copied to your remote.

5) You can copy up to 10 Miis this way. Once you are done, click on the Save & quit button.

Your Mii characters are now on your Wii remote and you can take them any place you want.
