Import delicious bookmarks into Firefox 3
With Firefox 3, you can import your bookmarks from del.icio.us directly into your browser and have the tags show up too.
From del.icio.us, go to settings > export/backup, check the box next to include tags and then click on export to HTML to export your bookmarks. Once the file is exported, you can edit it directly to get rid of any bookmarks you do not want imported into Firefox.
In Firefox 3, you'll export your existing bookmarks as a JSON file by clicking on Bookmarks > Organize Bookmarks, clicking on the 3rd icon at the top of the window and selecting Backup...
Then go to http://delicious.e-accent.com/ and load both files in the form. It'll merge the files and give you a new file back that you can then import into Firefox by clicking on Bookmarks > Organize Bookmarks..., clicking on the 3rd icon at the top and selecting Restore > Choose file.
You can then point it to the merged file, and it'll add all of your del.icio.us bookmarks into Firefox 3 with the tags.
