It's only taken me two years, but I have finally figured out how to go backwards in the menu system for the RAZR... it's the "CLR" key. Hitting that will take you back one step in the menu system. You can also use the "CLR" key to delete a letter or number when entering a phone number or contact information. I'm not sure why I have such a mental block on this key, I always am hitting the red key to cancel which of course completely stops what you are doing and is almost never what I want.

So if you're using a RAZR and like me, you didn't feel like reading the several hundred page manual, "CLR"... it's my new favorite key on my phone.
