Here are some tips to help manage icons on the desktop of your Blackberry.

-- Moving Icons --

1 - Select the icon you want to move, then while holding down the Alt key, press the scroll wheel.

2 - From the menu, select Move Application

3 - As you scroll, the icon will move. Once you are happy with the position of the icon, press the scroll wheel again and the icon will be dropped into that location.

-- Removing Icons --

1 - Select the icon you want to move, then while holding down the Alt key, press the scroll wheel.

2 - From the menu, select Hide Application and the icon will no longer be shown on your desktop.

-- Restoring Hidden Icons --

1 - Without selecting an icon on the desktop, hold down the Alt key, press the scroll wheel.

2 - From the menu, select Show All.

3 - You will now see all of the icons on the desktop, including those that are hidden, the hidden icons will have an X over them. Select the hidden icon you want to restore and then hold down the Alt key and press the scroll wheel.

4 - Uncheck Hide Application and this icon will no longer be hidden.
