Storing coffee

When you buy coffee that comes in an air-tight vacuum-sealed bag, the coffee can be stored on the shelf for at least half a year without affecting the flavor. Once the coffee is opened and exposed to air, the best way to store it is in the freezer. Even when stored in the freezer, your coffee will only be good for about a month before the flavor starts to be affected. If you want to have the best tasting coffee possible, only buy as much coffee as you can use in these amounts of time.
