Radiator repair

If you're radiator ever springs a small leak but you still need to drive to get your car to a service station, you can use chewing gum to temporarily to plug the leak. Just jam the gum into the radiator where it is leaking and work it into the crevices to hold it in place. It won't last for long, but it can save you from needing a tow in a pinch.
