Losing Weight But The Scale Won't Go Down?

If you have been on the endless mission of trying to lose weight and feel it's hopeless, think again. Throw out the scale and quit looking at it.

Here's why: When the body begins to burn the fat and on a continually basis, it's using that energy to convert it into muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat and hence it may even look like you've gained weighed, but the right kind of weight.

This is okay. Continue to drink water to flush out the evil toxins in your body and this helps with your workout recovery as well a lot faster. Skip the Gatorade or any of those sugar-high drinks. Humans have drunken water for thousands of years and it still works just as good as today.
