Improving your golf swing
One way to improve your golf swing is to strengthen the muscles used in your swing. If you strengthen these muscles, you'll be able to swing with less effort and the reduced effort will allow you to improve your accuracy and swing consistency.
The best way to strengthen the muscles used in your golf swing is to swing with increased weight. I use a weight-lifting bar that I have cut down to golf club length. It's pretty heavy compared to a golf club and after working out with it you can feel muscles aching all over your body. If you want to start out slower, you can attach an ankle weight the end of a club shaft to add weight. I like to do 3 sets of 20 swings taking care to make sure I maintain proper form.
