If you are searching Google images and you are looking exclusively for faces, there is a way to get Google to just return face results so that you don't have to sort through all the other types of images. When you are on the Google Image search page, click the link "Advanced Image Search". You see a row called "Content types". To the right of this is a radio button labeled "faces". Click this and your google image search will only return faces.
