Playing .nsv files on a Mac

If you want to play .nsv video files on your Mac, you can. Just get the MPlayer movie player for the Mac (link below) and install it. Once you have it installed, click on the .nsv file and you'll get a dialog telling you it doesn't know how to place .nsv files. Click the "Choose Application..." button and navigate to the MPlayer application and you will be watching your .nsv video files on your Mac.
