Cooking Help

1] When you're working in the kitchen, the easiest way to manage cleanup is to wash dishes as you go. You use a bowl or a spoon, clean it and continue cooking.
2] Use your own seasonings; recipes aren't ALWAYS an exact science. Sometimes you'll stumble upon something great, and sometimes not. Make sure you stick to the recipe if you're cooking or baking for a special occasion, though. You don't want any mishaps when your boss comes over for dinner.
3] For great recipes, use allrecipes.com. I have found the best recipes there, from Vodka Chicken to Cucumber Sandwiches to Sweet Potato Fries to Whipped Cherry Pie. Make sure you type exactly what you want in the search box, and click on a few of the resulting links to pick the best recipe.
