Test to see if cornstarch is fresh

Here's a quick test to see if your cornstarch is fresh enough to use. Mix one teaspoon of cornstarch with one teaspoon of vinegar. If the mixture bubbles, the cornstarch will bubble. If there are no bubbles, you need to get yourself some new cornstarch.
