How To Make Your Water Healthier

Many people commonly carry around a water bottle all day long. What is often not known is that certain types of plastics can leak chemicals into your water. Here are some tips to make sure your water is healthy:
1. Use only water bottles with a number 1 or 2 in the triangle on the bottom.
2. Don't submit your water bottles to intense heat in a microwave or dishwasher.
3. Thoroughly clean your water bottle between each fill-up. Bacteria can grow inside.
4. When you buy bottled water, don't reuse the bottle after drinking the water it contained.
5. Distilled water is acidic. This can throw off the ph balance of your body.
6. Your body can benefit greatly from water that contains trace minerals. They help you become healthy, help your body maintain ph balance, and help cut your cravings so that you can lose weight.
7. You can make your water more healthy by adding X2O to it to increase minerals, increase hydration of your cells, and give your water a healthy alkaline boost.
