When you are driving a car, your hands spend a lot of time on the steering wheel. If you are traveling, and you know you are going to be renting a car, bring along a small package of anti-bacterial wipes. Before you start driving the car, give the steering wheel a good wipe down. This will kill any germs remaining on the steering wheel and help keep you from getting exposed to germs and other nasties which may have been left behind by the last driver.
