How to get a good night's sleep

Do you suffer from insomnia? You don't need prescription sleeping pills to get a good night's sleep. Try these tips instead:

-NEVER OVERSLEEP: This is crucial. Even if you get a poor night's sleep, get up at the same time everyday. Otherwise you can throw your whole system off.
