Installing cabinet knobs and pulls

When you are installing cabinets knobs or pulls, make sure you use a template for marking the location of the installation holes. Yeah, you can measure each one with a tape measure. But when you are doing a full cabinet install you are bound to mess up one hole, and this mistake can be very hard to hide. You are better off buying a plastic template that marks the hole location for the knobs and pulls. They are only a couple of dollars, they make your installation quicker and they are a nice insurance policy against costly mistakes.
