Help with inconsistent golf shots
If your golf swing is inconsistent, here's something to keep in mind; most people tend to choose the wrong club and swing a little harder. If you really should be using an 8 iron, they'll choose a 9 iron instead and just swing a little harder.
The bad news is that the harder you swing at the ball, the more inconsistent your shot will be. Harder, faster shots lead to your being off balance, and it makes it harder to concentrate on your swing mechanics since you are concentrating on swinging hard.
Instead, go an extra club in the other direction. If you should be using an 8 iron, use a 7 iron instead. This will allow you to swing slower, more balanced, and concentrate on your swing mechanics. Doing this will lead to a more consistent golf shot.
