Simple Ways to Boost your Self-Esteem

Everyone can use a boost to their self-esteem sometimes. If you have suffered recently from low self-esteem, try these five simple tips today to lift your spirit and your level of self-confidence.

Tip 1: Write down five positive things about yourself and post it on your fridge or someplace else where you will see it every day.

Tip 2: Remove negative self-talk from your mind and replace it with thoughts of your five (or more) positive attributes.

Tip 3: Hang out with positive people who affirm you instead of put you down.

Tip 4: Maintain a journal or scrapbook of your accomplishments and review it often.

Tip 5: Take good care of yourself, physically, mentally, and spiritually.
