Set the Windows Mail storage folder

If you are using Vista Windows Mail, you may want to set the folder in which the mail is stored. Personally, I like keeping my mail in a known folder so that it is easier to back up my mail. If you want to change the folder, here's what you need to do.

- From the menu select Tools -> Options and then click on the Advanced tab.

- Click the Maintenance button which can be found in the Maintenance and Troubleshooting section.

- Click the Store Folder button.

- Once you get the Store Location dialog box, click on the Change button.

- Browse to the folder where you want to store your Windows Mail information.

Once you have the folder entered, hit the OK and Close buttons as needed to save all of your changes.
