Creating PDF files in Mac OS X

Just about any document that can be printed on a Mac can be saved as a PDF file too. Just go to print the document. In the lower left-hand corner of the print menu, there will be a pull-down menu labeled "PDF". Select that pull-down and you'll see a lot of options related to "printing" the document to a PDF file (really, this just saves it as a PDF) instead of printing it to your printing.
