Adjusting crust crispiness

If you are making dough and you to adjust the crispiness of your crust, you can do so by adjusting the amount of baking soda in the dough. If there is no baking soda in the dough already, adding some will make the crust crispier. If there is already baking soda in the dough, you can reduce the amount to make the crust softer or increase the amount to make the crust crispier.
