Quickly typing URLs and email addresses on a Blackberry
If you use a blackberry, here are some keyboard shortcut tips to help you type URLs and email addresses more quickly on your blackberry.
When you are typing a URL in the browser, spaces will be converted to dots (.) and if you hold down Shift when you type a space, this will be converted to a forward slash (/). Using these two tricks, it's a lot quicker to type in URLs on the blackberry.
When you are typing email addresses, the space bar is your friend again. The first space in an email address will be convert to the at sign (@) and subsequent spaces in the email address will be converted to dots (.) this is another trick that can save you some typing on your blackberry.
