complete URLs in the address bar in Firefox and IE7
In both Firefox and IE7, there is a cool trick you can use if you are typing a URL in the address bar.
If you type the name of a site like so into the address bar: tipstrs and then hit Ctrl + Enter, it will add the protocol and a leading www. and a trailing .com so that the address now shows up as http://www.tipstrs.com
This can save a far amount of typing.
