Cooling off hot soup for Kids with veggies

Every time I made soup it would take forever to cool off where they felt comfortable to eat the soup. To help speed up this process, I keep frozen peas and corn in the freeze and just add a few to the soup. I also like that this adds some extra veggies for them to eat.

I have experimented extensively with this excellent tip and have found it works well for soup intended for adults, dogs, and ferrets, too.

Other species as experiments warrant.
