Free online version of Photoshop

Photoshop is far and away the most powerful image manipulation program out there. The biggest problem with it is the cost, it's *really* expensive.

Adobe is now offering a free version of Photoshop, called Photoshop Express. The free version is an online web application that runs through Flash so it works on any computer with a browser, you don't need to install anything (installing Photoshop itself takes a long time). While the free online version of Photoshop does not have all the power of the desktop version, you can't beat the price.
