Best Tricep Exercise

If you want to really tone your triceps, try tricep extensions. Use the rope or bar at the gym and pull down until your triceps are fully extended. Do 8 - 10 reps for lean, tone tris, or 5 - 6 reps at higher weight if you're trying to really build your tricep muscle.
