Duplicate a tab in Firefox

If you want to quickly duplicate a tab (open a new tab with the same page shown in it), you can do so by holding down the Alt key and then hitting the Enter key. Note that this will only work if you have a tab bar shown. If you are looking at a single page with no tab bar, this won't do anything.

I finally got this to work. The thing they forgot to mention is that to get this to work you need to put the cursor up in the address bar of the browser. Once it's there you can hit ALT + ENTER and it duplicates that tab.

I'm on a Mac. Don't know if that matters. Maybe this is a Mac-only trick, maybe the keys are slightly different if you are on a PC?
