What makes moister cakes?

Believe it or not, adding a single duck egg (most eggs have double yolks) to a cake mix, cookie mix, whatever kind of baking you are doing... it will make your cake moister, etc. Try it, I promise it works. Add more if needed.

Seems like you could just add two "normal" eggs for each egg that is called for if you're in a pinch and there are no duck eggs available.
