Easy Potato Planting

Instead of digging a hole to plant your seed potatoes put them on a worked up soil and cover with lots of straw. In fall , all you do is move the straw and you don't even have to dig the potatoes. They are also really clean.

Just be sure to keep a good layer of straw over the potatoes, otherwise you'll have sunlight causing green tops on your potatoes.
