Filling manicotti shells

Here's a tip to making filling manicotti shells quicker and less messy. Put your manicotti filling into a sandwicich bag (I prefer to use the standard sandwich bags instead of zip lock bags since they are chepaer). Then cut the zip off one of the corners on the bag and you can use the bag like an icing bag to squeeze your filling into the manicotti.
