Perfect grilled cheese sandwich

There are two tricks that will result in the perfect grilled cheese sandwich.

First, coarsely grate the cheese. The will help the cheese to melt evenly. There is nothing worse than unmelted cheese in a grilled cheese sandwich.

Second, butter the bread on the outsides (the sides that touch the pan). This makes for a nice crispy, brown texture.

Bon appetite!
