TripIt makes it super easy to organize your travel itineraries. All you do is forward your confirmation emails from your various travel plans (airline, train, boat, car rental, hotel, restaurant reservations, etc) and they build a single master itinerary for you. You then have a single page from which you are working. You can also share your itinerary with others (if you choose to), access it with your mobile device, and have it automatically update your calendar. Not bad for a service that is free.
