Troubleshooting intermittent problems on the Mac

If you are having intermittent problems on your Mac, you should install an app called HighLoad. This is the app the "Geniuses" at the genius bar at the Mac stores use to help diagnose problems. You can also use this application to completely rebuild your spotlight index. And as well you can flush system cache files.
