Dealing with sticky dough
If you are working with dough and it is sticking to you, the rolling board, or the rolling pin, the standard solution to the problem is to add more flour. But if your dough is already the right consistency, adding more flour will make your dough tougher. And this is bad.
So if your dough is at the right consistency and it's still sticky, here's a trick you can try. Wrap the dough up in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes to cool it off. When you take the dough out, should be less sticky so that you can work it without having to add any additional flour.
