Use for stale angle food cake

If you have an angel food cake that is getting stale, you can still use it. Cut the angel food cake into 1/2" thick slices and use cookie cutters to cut shapes out of the slices. Toast the shaped slices in the oven for a couple minutes at 350F or until brown. When you are done, you'll have angel food cookies.
