Create animated GIFs with no software

If you want to create animated GIFs, you need special software to do it. But not anymore. Gickr is a new service that allows you to create animated GIFs over the web. You just upload the images you want to make up the animated GIF, or you can use your existing images on flickr. It then creates an animated GIF for you that you can then download for free. You can even control the speed of the animation.
