Run an elevated command prompt in VistaIf you need to run a command prompt in Vista with elevated (administrator) privileges, here's how to do it. From the Start menu type in cmd, but instead of pressing Enter to run this, press Control + Shift + Enter. When you do this, the command prompt will be run with administrator privileges. You can tell if it worked because if it did, the command window will say Administrator in the heading of the window.
