Divisibilty Rules for Division by 4

Here's how to tell if a given number is divisible by 4:

Look at the last two digits in the number. If the number represented by these digits is divisible by 4, then the number itself is divisible by 4.

For example, 345312 is divisible by 4 since the last two digits (12) are divisible by 4.
